- The 18-acre Metro Plaza redevelopment will be done over the course of six phases, this project being Phase 2
- The ground floor will incorporate 85,000 sq. ft. of retail space and will have a ShopRite located on the second floor
- 6th floor amenity space includes outdoor dog park, common work areas, pool, etc.
The 60-story tower is set to rise just about 687 feet at the corner of Sixth Street and Marin Boulevard. The multi-phase redevelopment of the Metro Plaza center includes 802 dwelling units on a base containing tenant amenities, 538 off-street parking spaces, 430 bike parking spaces,12 loading spaces, and 118,401 sq. ft. of retail space inclusive of a new ShopRite supermarket, as well as creation of public open space, 6th street plaza, and new roads. The Hudson Exchange site is also within walking distance to the Newport and Grove Street PATH Stations, providing quick access to downtown and midtown Manhattan.
