Life Time Parsippany is building a new destination‑level luxury athletic resort that consolidates fitness, recreation, spa and dining into a single, high‑end member experience. The project consists of the ground‑up construction of Life Time’s E+Box prototype, integrating resort‑style indoor and outdoor amenities including aquatics, spa, specialized training studios, a Kids Academy and on‑site dining supported by extensive site infrastructure and utilities.

Construction includes underground and site utilities, a fully panelized precast structural system with thin brick veneer and erection of structural steel for storefronts and the outdoor bistro area. The precast structure enables an accelerated enclosure schedule while maintaining architectural quality. All major HVAC and M/E/P equipment is being pre‑purchased through Consigli’s Arch Energy division, with labor self‑performed by Riggs to tightly control sequencing, logistics and quality across the project’s highly technical building systems and amenity‑driven program.
