Consigli is providing site development and construction services for the One&Only Hudson Valley Resort, a premier luxury destination. The project began with critical enabling work, including tree removal, rock crushing, installation of a new waterline, construction of an emergency access road and development of a new NYSDOT entrance from Route 9 complete with traffic signals and pedestrian walkways. These infrastructure improvements establish the access and utilities necessary to support the full resort build-out.
The completed resort will feature a five-story, 100+ key boutique hotel as well as guest villas, guest cabins and private residences. Complementing the accommodations are a 5,091 sq. ft. spa, pool, three dining venues, 500 sq. ft. of retail space, an 8,000 sq. ft. event barn and a 2,750 sq. ft. clubhouse, creating a comprehensive luxury hospitality destination. A two-story parking structure will serve as both vehicle storage and a structural platform supporting an activated terrace, restaurant, prep kitchen and tennis courts.
The project requires careful coordination of multiple building types, utility systems and guest amenities across a large multi-acre site. Complex structural, M/E/P and architectural integration, demand detailed planning, sequencing and procurement strategies to deliver a world-class resort experience while maintaining schedule and quality objectives.
