Tree House Brewing Company, Saratoga Brewery

Tree House Brewing Company has opened its first facility in Saratoga Springs, New York, marking the company’s sixth location and its first outside of New England. The new brewery, which spans over 19,900 square feet, is situated on 11 acres of land across from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and near the Saratoga Race Course.

The state-of-the-art facility includes a brewery, large indoor fire place, a commercial kitchen, a tasting room, a retail area, outdoor seating and over 300 parking spaces. To meet high demand, there is also a dedicated entrance for beer-to-go purchases at the front of the building. The outdoor space enhances the visitor experience with a timber framed pavilion, picnic tables, small gathering areas with fire pits, a pergola, and walking paths.

The main building is constructed with structural steel, metal roofing, and metal wall panels, complemented by a glass curtain wall system, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. Inside, the brewery features detailed millwork, a sophisticated M/E/P system to support operations and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. Consigli undertook a thorough six-month preconstruction process in collaboration with the owner and architect to realize their vision while staying within budget. During this preconstruction phase, the team partnered with Bergmeyer on several value engineering exercises, resulting in a cost reduction of $12 million for the project.
