Project Overview
- New construction of a high-end senior living and rehabilitation facility

The new state-of-the-art senior care facility for the White Plains Healthcare Properties increased the much-needed support to the aging population. The project provided 76 specialized rehabilitation beds, 42 long-term care beds and 42 Alzheimer’s beds.
The project scope included an extensive site work package that encompassed a deep initial excavation, site demolition, and new retaining wall. The new steel-framed facility features a brick façade and composite panel shell while the interior boasts high end millwork, finishes, and 52 space structured parking garage. Consigli self-performed the framing and millwork.
The project was delivered under a joint venture with Congress Companies.
