To accommodate their increased enrollment, this Worcester charter school acquired an adjacent vacant factory building and adaptively reused it for their new high school, which features a full range of academic program areas such as a gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms, and auditorium.

• Held numerous pre-construction site walk-throughs to address soil quality issues and necessary structural upgrades
• Procured and managed under Massachusetts CM at Risk (Chapter 149A) guidelines
• Turned over in just 11 months, under the original budget
