Recognizing the need for a more refined lifestyle, Consigli created a new kind of luxury apartment community with Brookside Meadows where tenants can enjoy all of the amenities of estate living without the personal constraints and commitments associated with home ownership. Responding to market demands, this gated apartment community was built in phases, requiring precise logistics planning and scheduling to minimize impacts to existing residents. The state-of-the-art living options include townhomes and apartments, constructed with a combination of wood-framed and modular structures, with spaces and amenities tailored to suit individual needs.
The project also included finished model units, parking, landscaping and clubhouse with a resort-style pool, playground, fitness center and media room.
