250,000 sq. ft. new 15-floor outpatient complex on Manhattan’s Upper East Side operated by Northwell Health. The Pavilion offers world-class care anchored by innovative programs of the Northwell Health Cancer Institute. In addition to oncology treatment, the center provides cardiac care, neuroscience programming, imaging and lab testing, as well as holistic wellness services, acute and chronic disease management, social work services and more. The Pavilion features state-of-the-art technology paired with a patient-centric design, including separate floors for clinical space and physician/clinician offices.

The building spans a full city block and features a metal, glass and brick base with a glass and GFRC facade along Third Avenue. The project is targeting WELL certification and complies with New York Local Law 97, which sets carbon emissions caps starting in 2024 for New York City buildings over 25,000 sq. ft. that are subject to benchmarking.
